Harvard squash closed out the final weekend before winter break with two major road victories in Charlottesville, Va., taking down the highly ranked Virginia Cavaliers. The Dynasty Survives: Harvard Squash Locks in Two More National Championships
Harvard squash certainly has a decorated past – the team has a history of record-setting winning streaks, championing many Ivy League titles, and consistently taking home the College Squash Association (CSA) prize for the post-season success. And after what the Crimson squash program produced over the past two weekends of CSA team competition, Harvard also has a decorated present: both the men’s and women’s teams managed to overcome two very talented Trinity College squads to win the CSA team title for the fourth and eighth consecutive time, respectively.

Harvard's men's and women's squash teams were nearly flawless in their first matches of the season. The men shut out each of their first two opponents, losing only two sets so far this season. Meanwhile, the women went a perfect 27-for-27 on sets in their season-opening win.

The squeak of shoes on hardwood filled the air Wednesday night as No. 1 Harvard women’s squash (3-0, 2-0 Ivy League) faced off against Dartmouth (0-1, 0-1 Ivy League). The Crimson put on an excellent display of skill, seamlessly dismantling its opponents from Hanover 8-1, while the No. 2 Harvard men's squash program (5-0, 2-0 Ivy League) simultaneously took to the courts, securing a 9-0 win against The Big Green (0-1, 0-1 Ivy League).
