Harvey Rexford Hitchcock, Jr., '14, of Pukoo, Molokal, Rawaii, has resigned as vice-president of the Union, and the governing board has appointed Sydney Proctor Clark '14 of Chestnut Hill, Pa., to fill the vacancy.
