Hillel celebrates the fifth night of Chanukah by allowing students to light a candle on their own menorah near the entrance. Hillel provided Chanukah services throughout the Thanksgiving break for students staying on campus.

Lead Singer John Gourley belts the lyrics to "All Your Light" to kick off the concert at the House of Blues in Boston. Since their first EP almost 10 years ago, Portugal. the Man developed out of Gourley's high school band back in Alaska.

Nieman Fellow David Abel chronicles his experience at the finish line of the Boston Marathon, where he was filming a documentary, during a panel at the Nieman Foundation on Wednesday evening. Initially, he thought the first explosion 10 feet away from him was a system malfunction; but after the second bomb, just like when the second plane hit the Second Tower, he knew it was an attack.
